Use Mig33 tools in Windows 7

In Windows 7, change the User Account Control setting to Never Notify. Restart the PC and then try to register the ocx files.

Disable UAC via Control Panel

Go to the Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Accounts -> Change User Account Control Settings
